Parkside Village is a Restricted 55+ Community with
Monthly Association Fees
The current monthly fee is $275
The monthly fees pay for:
Spectrum cable, internet, and DVR
Weekly trash pickup
Exterior home maintenance including roof repair and replacement, painting, power washing
Tree, shrub, lawn care, and common areas
Road maintenance, repair, resurfacing
Dryer vent cleaning
Maintenance and repair of yard light, common area lighting
Note: Sprinklers system is damaged and no longer maintained. Membership voted not to replace (Jan 2024)
Owner Qualifications:
At least one property owner on the deed must be 55 years old.
Properties cannot be rented for 12 months after purchase.
Pets are restricted to no more than 2 and dogs must be less than 25#.
